A small aircraft crashed into Beijing’s tallest skyscraper Friday, leaving a large hole in the building’s glass exterior and prompting a major emergency response, according to videos and photos circulating on social media.
The aircraft struck the upper portion of the 108-story CITIC Tower, also known as China Zun, in Beijing’s central business district before debris fell to the streets below, according to Reuters.
