Wisconsin boating accident claims 3 lives during strong storm

A strong storm in Wisconsin caused a boat on Geneva Lake to capsize, killing three people on Friday. Seven others had to be rescued. 

The storm uprooted trees, knocked down power lines and damaged buildings, Tom Hausner, undersheriff for the Walworth County Sheriff’s department, said.

Hasner had no further information about the three people that died, and police are investigating, the Associated Press reported

Several areas of Lake Geneva were without power as of Friday.
